Necklace „TRADING POST“, Length 68,5cm

This lovely necklace is made with vintage Bohemian glass beads from the 1920s/1930s. These beads have an amazing bright red colour and a nice patina due to their age.
This necklace has a total length of approximately 68,5cm and is fully knotted (one knot every two beads) with a natural black silk thread.
Core element is the handmade 925 sterling silver concho.
This unique necklace refers the old american „Trading Posts“, where different goods (jewelry, crafts etc.) were sold and exchanged.
Due to the knots and the silk thread, the necklace falls very naturally and smooth. It can be worn by women and men.
Please do NOT WEAR during shower, swimming etc.: the water and chemicals can saturate and damage the thread.

The measurements are approximately 4mm (red glass beads) and 9mm (diameter of concho).
IMPORTANT: the silver concho IS FIX in the necklace and cannot be put off!
